I can't remember you ever posting here since I started following this thread, yet Elsie's picture has been in that little thumbnail beside the thread listing for months. Now that you're back, I went to look, and Elsie has been replaced by Jean's kitten picture of Crumble:

I wonder how that picture is chosen. I'm assuming it's just random, but it's a weird coincidence. Anyway, welcome back, that's a nice picture.

Here's Skippy chasing Louie, my mom's dog, on a visit to my parent's place in Oregon.

Thanks scratchpaddy. I used to literally post a picture a day of Fred and Elsie. But that was at least over a year ago. Perhaps you didn't catch my shots because of the time zones and how popular this thread is? So many people post here it's easy to get lost scouring pics!

Interesting - I didn't realise Elsie's picture had been in the thumbnails. I see my pics in the thumbnails on some of the threads but assumed it was because the site was attuned to me. i.e. if I signed in as another member the pictures would change to their pictures. Perhaps I take technology to be smarter than I think. And yes, it does make me wonder how the thumbnails get their time in the sun.

Great action shot btw! Love the belt thingy on the daschund!

I'm newer to the forums, and I didn't find this thread until after your Wolfiepup hiatus started.

This has gotten me wondering about those thumbnails. I don't think they're personalized, as I took a peak in Incognito mode, and they were all the same. Well, mostly: this thread's thumbnail had switched to my screenshot of the thumbnail!

Oops...

Thanks, but you're getting your Germans confused: Louie's a schnauzer.

Ah ok. That explains it then. Yes I kinda fell off the face of the PF planet when wolfiepup turned up. But I'm back now and I'm sure the wolfies are desperately hoping that I'll pay them more attention. Speaking of which, here is Elsie showing her disgust at their supposed abandonment

Yaay to the thread showing your thumbnail!
