My condolences.

So sorry to hear this Michael. Our time with canine friends often seems so short but is all the more precious for it.

My dog on the left was quite a bush dog. He had a blue eye and a brown (part Husky), caught and ate copious numbers of the local groundhog population (my garden was grateful), and, later in life, loved to eat food dropped by my daughter from her highchair.

Taken on the last day of 2013 at a local stream. That's my niece in the background. The furry lump in the foreground is our yorkie-poo Tino.

Dog on a horse farm where we stayed during our tour around Iceland. This dog had seen too many tourists and was totally indifferent to our present, totally uninterested in making friends, getting a scratch, or even giving our hands or feet a sniff.
