In my situation now, two brothers living with me, one likes cats, the other doesn't like animals in the house, I'm not allowed ? an animal of any sort. Yet! LOL I take photos of other family pets. So, without further ado, here is my daughter's boyfriend's service dog Baby..

That's why I didn't recognize the breed. She's great dog, Walt. Thanks for sharing her with me. I'm a dog lover at heart, though an animal lover all around.
I am pretty much a sucker for anything that is capable of growing*, even my tummy.

*with a few exceptions: ticks, malignancies.

Although a little concerned about me standing over him, Cider laid still and hoped for the best. He was eventually rewarded with a goodie.

I assume "Cider" was named for his coloring? Beautiful and patient dog.

Attempt at a Readers Digest version. Cider is a Great Pyrenees with badger markings. We needed an LGD, a "livestock guardian dog" to protect our goats and chickens. Back in 2008 we sold enough apple cider at our farm stand to buy a dog. We bought this little 8 week old pup and named him Cider. Could not have got him without the money from selling apple "cider." Hence his name. Most intelligent dog I've ever met.

Wonderful shots PF. The eyes are the windows to the soul. Both images say a lot.

Seems that rain reveals the inner dog.

She's always running way ahead of me. Or maybe I just need a bigger dog?
