Yoshi is soooooo cute I could eat him up

Jay and I went to the beach today. Her first experience with seagulls. She thought they were delicious

However, the spiky anenome shell left a lot to be desired

Maybe that's why I love "biting" his muzzle^^;

I'll love to see Jay chase some seagulls. I have this thing for dogs who have chemistry with birds^^;

Here's Yoshi finally looking like a pom (or a fox)

Oh its all too much

All these perfectly cute dog shots from zeek10d are killing me... How much cuter can you get? And great photos too.. The colors and composition are to die for....

So I am heading in a darker, pure animal direction!

Eeeeewwwww!!! Looks like my son's Akita (Kado) when he chews on one of those. Just curious, but did you take that with the FA 50mm? It's one really clear pic!

It is another FA 50 pic... I had not used it much lately but you are right it is a fairly sharp thing... I accidently shot a bunch of Artdog shots at ISO 1600 and this is a tight crop of one of them...

Wild Cat

Good lookin dog Kevin....

This is one of the wild cats that has shown up in the backyard... He will not let anyone near him, In fact this is as close as I have ever got. Tried to contact the local cat groups that will "fix" them and give them vaccines for a nominal fee and then you turn them loose again. But the waiting lists are full till the end of august.
Anyway a good looking wildcat... and I got to use my new/used Pttl flash and I am liking it just fine. It was a very dark shaded area.

I have the 2 kit lenses, looking at the tammy and the pentax 50mm f1.4 as my next buy- for pics like wildcat (outdoors, pets) which would you recommend?

My friend Blue.
Not sure how he got his name- he's one of the happiest, friendliest dogs I've ever met.
