We had steady rain here for almost twenty-four hours straight.

It was a good morning for a telephoto lens. SMC Takumar 135mm f/2.5

All my dogs chew up and eat old stumps... I figure it's for the vitamin B-12 or something.

It's so nice to have models who don't care what the picture is like.

And the whole pack from 2018... Tripper is gone, all the girls are getting on, we're going to have rash of dog passings at some point. It's going to be left to Chase to man the fort. At least we'll be able to get a smaller car.

Funny story, see the thrower stick in my hand, I kind of half stuffed it in my pocket and it fell out a little further up the tower road and we never found it, despite looking to 10-15 minutes everywhere our footprints went. Today, more than four years later, Chase found it in the woods, all chewed up, near a new path (100 meters from where it was lost) we are clearing, brought it back to us. The end is all chewed off, as is the grip. I wonder what animal took it, wolf, fox, both have been known to steal toys from yards. One night camping we left T's water sandals (we wear them on wet days when there will be a lot of in and out of the canoe) out to dry on a flat top rock 3 feet tall. Heard something jump down from the rock in the middle of the night. In the morning one sandal was gone. 5 people searching the bush couldn't find it. I suspect fox, but could have been a wolf.
