From todays walk on the beach. The storm finally past and it was bright and sunny all day. Abby thought it was a lot of fun.

This thread is a great initiative, good to see its still going strong.

My sisters dog Iza, very very reuctantly dressed up for a little xmas spirit. My sisters hand, holding the hat in place, had to be photohopped out. Iza would like it to be known that she did this involunterely and that xmas hats are supposed to go in your mouth, not on your head.

Another from the same set, figuring that ppl will ask "then what are you supposed to do at xmas?" Iza's answer: chill out man!

I`d love to se more photos of it, and a little tip-watch your background, on this picture its a bit "distracting".

He loves to cuddle, thinks he's a lap dog! I didn't notice the tilt until I posted the picture, that's a problem I tend to have quite often. Maybe one of my legs is shorter than the other...

Maybe not, if you were using the K10D; I had thought the same. You might however be a victim of the "leaning viewfinder" ailment many of us are, where the picture is lined up using the viewfinder lines, only to be rotate in reality. Do a Search for the terms 'leaning' and 'viewfinder' and you'll see what I mean.

... LOL... Very funny. Great picture, only to be outdone by the next.

So Andreas, where do you post your pictures, if you do infact keep an online Gallery? Would love to see a lot more of your material.

Truth be told, I added the fire in post process.
Full story:
1) Turn off fireplace.
2) Use a tripod
3) Take 30+ photos while trying to keep the "front" dog still.
4) Take photo with no dogs, but with fireplace turned back on.
5) clone the fire back on top of the photo with the dogs.

The fireplace is only a gas fireplace, but they're puppies, and I just didn't trust them to not run into the fire.

Actually, that's all the more impressive then Chris. Came out seamless.

Ok, bending some 'unofficial rules' with today's post... more then one pic of one pet, and it's not a Pentax rather a Casio camera... HOWEVER, the Casio EX-Z4 P&S does use a Pentax Lens [!!!] , so I'm thinking I'm good... heheh (that lens was one of the reasons I bought that P&S)

This is going back some, with just 'mediocre' pictures. I bought a 100% Tube Headphone Amp from the manufacturer out of China. The owner's manual was only in Chinese. Thinking Nala was from that region, maybe she'd be able to help out. But ala, she's Japanese and was not able to render the assistance I required....

Looking forward to seeing more of Blackie Bill.

Wow, the way you the light reflected out or Misty's eyes is very unique there ramshot.
/
Looking forward to more of Chance Carol. Lovely in his own element.

I'm starting to see that distorted vision now I read about in your profile distorted_vision...

Talisker, beautiful shots. I your namesake Talisker made me do a double take with that face.

Karl, I learned on this thread shooting fish isn't an easy thing. That's a really great execution.
