A few months old Freya came to visit. This is a bad quality picture but such a perfect moment, don't you think

Prissy. Her looks says, "Either pet me, or let me go to sleep".

Beautiful Birman. We used to have one that was a chocolate point (i think) darker anyway. Nice shot

Maxwell, Precious was a Birman too, the only breed cat we've ever had, although we didn't buy her. She was a refugee from a neighbor's house -- she did not like their German Shepard. Beautiful shot of your cat. I apologize for the quality of the photo that I put up, but she was such a lovely cat that I wanted to post it anyway. Beautiful cat, but did not fit the breed standard -- the white on her face, plus the fact that she was tiny -- 6 pounds at the very most!
I thought that's what she was when I saw your pic. The darker marking are actually more striking to me. We got him at 2yrs old from a couple that was moving and couldn't take him with them. He's very independent and a little bit of a butt-hole if you ask me. But his looks sometimes make up for that.

maxwell1295, beautiful cat and a beautiful shot as well. I really like the lighting and the look the cat was giving as well.

Maxwell, is your Birman a Frostpoint?

I like the close-up better.

He's a blue point.....and I like the closeup better myself.

My beloved pet

Well! My pet differs from yours It's very shy, delicate, one could even say it's ultra sensitive! For sure he's beautiful and special! I'm talking about my long tentacle anemone!

Photo was taken with K10D, Sigma 24-70 EX DG @ 70mm. Exposure: 1/20sec, ISO800, aperture f/8.0!

Very nice Camilsky! Beautiful for sure. I've been considering the Sigma 24-70mm for my next lens purchase, and your shot is convincing me that would be a good choice.
