I tested my M 50mm 1.7

It is hard to get focus right when relying on focus indicator. It is front focusing so bad that when trying to get focus at eyes I get sharp nose

Mark, those kitties remain cute as pie and your shots well worthy of them!

Perfect timing :-)

Thanks for the comments on the 'boys'. Wild they are.

Autumn is creeping up on us in South Africa. The two Siamese were outside this afternoon enjoying the late afternoon sun. So they got stalked again. Not that it worries them, their attention was focused on the birds at the bottom of the garden - much more interesting than the guy wielding the camera.

Although I did manage to get them both to focus on me at one stage.

Jeannie bounding through the bluebonnets....These were taken at different times - I could never catch her in one place for long, & missed focus about 99% of the time *istD + Quantaray 28-90 macro:

Wow, the pet photos of late are simply superb. I'm especially partial to cat photos being a cat parent myself, but all are beautiful photos of beautiful animals. Thank you all for sharing!
