I'm so glad you told me that. I was sure there were two hands just out of frame puling back on the face. I told my friend, who became a K9 officer and had worked with dogs all since I knew him from his pre-teens who insists dogs can't smile! Both our Yorkies (we lost one to kidney failure a number of years back) would do that when we'd come home -- but I never caught a good shot of it -- and my friend insisted it's not a smile.
Talk about proving him wrong with that photo of yours! Great capture of the moment.
