Welcome Zee, Peter. Peter, that's one fantastic moment there. Great to have you with us.
Zee, Great looking pup; Fantastic shot. Great focus on the eye, thru snout, up to the forward edge of the ears... not that you need me to say.
Then that quick transition into the OOF. That lens has really pleasing bokeh. Which 50mm was that?
I started the thread w/that thought of "your pet" -- hoping to keep quality up, thinking/worrying perhaps there would be a bunch of 'arbitrary' shots posted by folks of any old animal that entered their viewfinder -- but in retrospect it was a mistake to say that... heck, I'll edit the 1st post & remove that statement all together. There have been plenty of folks who've set precedent & posted fantastic shots here who don't have their own pet; some of my favorite photogs on this board that I have great respect for as a matter of fact. So ya, the precedent has been set, rightfully so.
