Here are a couple more of our foster pups. Mom is back at the rescue and should be up for adoption starting today. The puppies will be with us for a couple of weeks more.

Something tells me they won't be hard to place in good homes.

The radiator is a preferred perch in winter (if Skuchee looks a bit miffed, it's because he had it all to himself minutes before I took this shot.)

Spiffy whippet?

Maybe not, but at least he's warm.

We ran into a whippet and his human at the park recently. It was just a pup, but I couldn't believe the effortless speed it possessed! Long, racehorse-type strides.

On the other hand, after a day at the vet, Tino wasn't feeling too frisky

How can you tell if a cat looks miffed?

Meet Oscar. He's part Merino, part Border Leicester and half White Suffolk. A dear boy. The far away look means he is about to start another round of cud chewing.

Cats on heat

Hi

Years ago we had a couple of siamese cats. They loved the radiators. Even when it was to hot to hold a hand onto
more than a few seconds. Isolating fur I guess...

he says it was a stressful day and also looks like he hit the bottle

Thanks and yeah, she seems pretty happy. Especially if I'm getting my XC skis out!
