Jake doing critter patrol from home base this morning. He’s content to be able to be 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside. That way he doesn’t miss anything.

I had the day off today so I took Luna on a backcountry ski. Amazingly good for June 25!
It made Luna so happy to spend the day frolicing on snow. We are both pretty tired tonight.

I took a break from a project that's been dominating my waking hours since March to go out into the wildflower garden to take a few pictures. Annabelle followed me and found a little spot in the grass and flowers to curl up. From eight feet away she was totally invisible. BTW: Flowers in this area are an exuberant stand of pinks, plus a few unobtrusive whorled loosestrife (one toward the left).

Cavalier King Charles are noted for being sociable, friendly, affectionate, but prone to a variety of dangerous breed-specific health problems.
