Another bump for this great ole thread. Typically when I see a dog on the street I dont have my camera in my hand ready to grab a shot before they are gone but in this case I did, this little fellah looked nice and friendly but after I grabbed a shot I wanted to lean down a bit since my zoom didnt go longer than 50mm but then he started barking at me... so this is what I got.

These aren't my dogs either but they are family. They belong to my one of my many nephew's. What I thought was funny, was every time I got near them, they posed. According to their family, they're real camera hogs. The one facing the camera is touchable, the other one, will bite your hand off. Right now I can't tell you their names, but I'll get them and post them later.

Eddie: very nice, is that snake as small as it looks or is that a gigantic teapot
Nesster: Interesting to see a 645 shot, not only 645 but also film, very nice mood in the shot, looks classic
cyy47: Samy looks nice and relaxed

He's pretty small. It's an average sized Japanese teapot. Thanks!

actually we are far away, because after I read a tip on how to cope with the k7 mega rumor thread I changed my settings to show 75 posts per page so this is only page 25 in my browser

your photo, how did it become like that, the dogs head looks so huge compared to the body, must be the perspective

Lol... I only used that setting on club202.com; using the default on all other forums. Well, 100 for me!

You probably already know, but No... Nala's just a fat face! That there was with my 12-24 wide angle zoom. It only gets worse w/my 300mm, and moreso w/the 1.4x/2x TC super long setup... doesn't matter. She's just a fat face. i.e. w/a Long lens:
