Thanks! The DA*55 is a very fine lens indeed, excellent for portraits. In fact Im suprised that there isnt more people that own this lens, its one of the best Pentax lenses Ive used.

Having looked through this thread and the superb images I'm getting very tempted by the DA*55. I don't do portraits but was quite happy of this one of daughter and dog with the Sigma 50.
