Burnt Toast
Time to fire the chef. Or in my case, time to get a chef.

Various stages of cooking up a sweet potato and smoked fish curry. I cooked it a day in advance to save the hassle the following day, but was unexpectedly violently ill that night (for the first time in over 6 years). My other-half, without complaint, claimed the lot for herself.

Here's Noel's Pizza-hugely popular with my youth and children, and my work colleagues. This batch made for the young people that came to work in the garden. Great if you want to get your kids to eat . And also great when you are in a lazy mood, or a quick snack on a Sunday night when the left overs are not enough . Simply a slice of bread, a thin layer of butter/margerine, a table spoon of Ketchup/Tomato Sauce spread evenly over the slice, and then whatever you would like as a filler (here it's some leftover sausage, ham works well as does tuna) and then a layer of Cheddar cheese, under the grill for a few minutes, and viola! I offered the mentioned young people the options of a plate of curry, or hotdogs, they were unanimous in choosing "Mr Noel's Pizza".
