After watching episode after episode of the Great British Baking Show, I finally tried a couple things.
This was my first attempt at a chocolate ganache over the swiss roll. I probably would have been booted off the show after the first day

Thank you! The lemon one was our favorite so far. Trying to figure out what the next flavor combination will be.

Cantonese Roast Meats, the yellow chicken is actually steamed or cooking in hot water (not boiled), but as a collective it is considered part of the "roast" meats.
