Great shot, wonderful bread!
Can I have a recipe for this bread? Or is the main thing here not in the recipe (composition, Ingredients), but in the dough kneading?

thank you - I can send the recipe to you; it is a sourdough recipe, so you'll need a sourdough starter....

Thank you Martin. Known locally as Samoosas, they are indeed filled with a wide variety of food stuff- Cheese and Onion, Cheese and corn, Curried Potato, vegetable Curry, and the meats cooked with spices-Lamb, Pork, beef, Chicken, and occasionally fish. The traditional ones are about 6cm sided , but increasingly today, to cater for greedy okes like me, they are larger than your hand.. It's a South Asian dish, and probably arrived in SA via the Indonesian and Malaysian slaves that were brought to South Africa.

reply to post 360 bread.
I like the series but love the last shot. The instructions next to the basket the final product will go in. The actual subject is and is left to the imagination.

Pumpkin cinnamon rolls with brown sugar and pecans. Generously iced with a cream cheese, butter, vanilla icing. A real stick to your arteries treat!

those cupcakes show the frosting very well. The light is blue? It keeps the specular highlights from being too much while still showing the moistness and the chocolate. Was that intentional or can you tell me how it is showing blue? This is brush I want for the right photo.

thank you...

probably fluorescent lighting in the refrigerated display case, with gray/natural light behind me - that's the blue-cast you're seeing in the dark of the chocolate....
