Well next month seems to be a lot of traveling for me, but I can post punch of pictures at once can't I. So I'd like to join too. Haven't decided yet with which one. Maybe Helios 44M, or old really cheapo and not so great quality cosina cosinon 28/2.8, just for fun!
Like the idea of the cosina mate, just for a Captain Cook (look)...I'm using the Hanimex (I call it ham'n'eggs)...wasn't too bad years ago!

Cheers Paddy

I'm going to use the version 1 kit lens. It's the widest angle I have and I want to use that since it's summer. It focuses really close for flowers too I found out the other day.
Just testing out this photo linking deal. 2 tries to make it work.
Maybe I'm smarter than I look.

It is still June 30th here. I'd like to give this a try, and I'll use SMC P-K 35mm F3.5 for July.

My lens choice is this then:

And If you don't mind I'll try every now and then this lens with my firs serious filter instead of "protective UV" ones. Kenko PRO 1 CP...it surely makes difference In my eyes at color ect.

G'day all. I know it's been a while, but I reckon it's time to jump on again. So count me, the K-r and FA31 in for July.

Posted day one. But now that it's a thread rather than a gallery - turn your back for a month or two and it all goes to the dogs - how do I comment on folks entries... and keep up with the 'strine from our own Paddy?

Usually just clicking on the photo will take you straight to the album entry, and then you can comment.

Welcome back.

Hey Matt,
Thought this might help. Pat made a good visual of how to link your photo to your album. Thanks Pat!
And we're labeling our albums with the title, Single in July.
This is the way we're commenting on each other's photos.
If your using flickr, then I'm not sure how to link back.
Bruce

Good to see you back Bruce, I can't wait to see your always entertaining photos!

I'm in (of course) but haven't decided on a lens yet.

Now where are the Dutchies?

But seriously, I am wondering too.
Well.... didn't notice this thread before, and it is too late now... Had a 3-weeks vacation in June, so I haven't been too active at the forums lately, and I know this holds for Iris too... Besides, she has other things on her mind, I think....

Probably August, who knows....:ugh:

Well, I know I started on the 3rd day once.
There's no Single in...Police Dept.
It would be good fun to have you both along.
