The largest Mantis I have ever seen- length about the size of my hand
It's so slender it almost looks like a cartoon version of a mantis.

I have only seen one in the wild. It was on the side of the road in Thailand and I thought it was dead. It was the size of my hand. I picked it up and it bit me. I flung it as I jumped. It scared the crap out of me.

This one was big too but only about 80cms. I measured it and it was surprisingly or not, not afraid. I think it sensed if it jumped at my face I would have had a heart attack.

heres a couple color variations. Blue is neat. The other one was hiding from a spider stuck with that drop of water on it.

They are destroying the midwest.

Lets get in our pyramids and meditate.

or feast!

Make sure to chew off the wings. Then gulp it down like goldfish.

They eat better than I do. I just cut up watermelon and of course the locals get the rind.

K-5 and DA*60-250.

And one from today. One of what, I have no idea. Hovering on the path virtually stationary.
