Dorion Ontario Volunteer Museum

Visited the Museum this past week but they were closed so only got to see the Outside Stuff. Didn't get a chance to ask about the Unique Tractor but will be returning this coming week. Note the Straight 4 hanging off the front End . It almost looks like a Home Made job also note the Giant "Kitchen Aid Mixing Bowl" there is also a mower & and I believe a Potato planter.

Nice to have a couple extra bucks to do what you would like to do. The fella that owns the Live Stock is a Logging Contractor and has a Riding stable , Beef Cattle and Dairy Cattle for his & family's use and People that take care of them.

That tractor certainly has the look of being modified for a particular problem. My guess would be some intractable (? un-tractor-able) soil condition such as very wet or clay rich.

Two whole days without a post on this thread - in the midst of a contest (maybe better called a "challenge"). If I must follow myself and paste a post to perpetuate the posting pace, so be it.

A plow, either designed for a specific type of problem soil, or perhaps an attempt at offering a "better" plow. There was no label or explanation. To be attached to a tractor, not a team of horses or oxen.

A typical stone-built Azorean outbuilding, seen in most agricultural areas. It has probably served a good many generations.

Those are pastures down there, and the specks are cows. It looks as though they've stripped the grass from one enclosure. For this perspective, I had to jump really high
