for some reason your link just sent me to the paper's main page. I did manage to find the article... Hopefully this link will work as I do think it should be read by many:

Humanity takes millions of photos every day. Why are most so forgettable? - The Globe and Mail

OK - the article was depressing; but it was very honest and truthful. Some of the things apply to me (and likely all of us). I think upon reflecting on it, it will make me better at selecting shots, rather than being a shutter pusher. A bit distopian, with some Henry Miller flares... good read.

Edit - the link I pasted does not work either - for those of you interested just web-serach "Humanity takes millions of photos every day. why are most so forgettable" and you'll get hit with the areticle...

I found the article via a web search, but now it says it is restricted to Globe and Mail subscribers.

I was going to ask what trigger, but I see almost 200 second exposure - fantastic result.

Amazing... What stop was this? I cannot see the flickr version (at work) and from what I gathered from @mattt it is 200+ seconds? Man that must've been lots of trial and error to get the persistent building lights not overexposed!

Jewel Bridge Sunset explored few days ago

Anyone has any idea if the 2nd photo to get explored after previous one is minimum 16 days? Anyone has his photo explored in less than 16 days after previous one?
