I'm not sure anyone knows what it takes to get into Explore, but I've had seven that made it there. I don't consider these my best by any means, but I admit I was pretty stoked about it. I agree with Mike Cash - who actually looks through all 50 pages of Explore? LOL
Ah! I remember that first shot! Virginian Appalachia, yeah?

I also don’t understood how pictures get into explored, but here are two of mine.

Excellent twitch. I love flickr since I love photographs. I have had 44 in explore and have no idea how they got there. I post in very few groups compared to others but anyway, here are 4. I will post em up slowly as to not spam the thread. If anyone want's to see the whole explored set, it is here.

I've never been explored either. It used to bug me a little. Not anymore, I know some of mine are good and some stink, exactly like the explored photos....excluding present company of course. All these explored rock!

Being explored is truly nothing to be proud of. If I could be perfectly candid in my remark, I have had 44 images in explore or explored as some people like to say. Of the 44 or so, I truly like 4-5 that I would say are pretty good. I have many photos in my flickr that I feel should be explored and are not. I have also seen some real junk on explore that needs to be binned and for the life of me, I have no idea how they made it in there. Oh well.
