Congrats on explore. As far as flickr goes, I tend to post up what I feel are my best pictures their as it really does become a portfolio. The beauty is that the pictures and comments are easy to find and remain visible. With forums, a picture quickly gets lost and you never really know if it was truly good or not. With flickr you learn pretty quickly. I have deleted about 70% of my flickr pictures that I thought where pretty good and still cleaning it up. With flickr, if someone leaves a comment, that is usually a pretty good sign . When you get people viewing your picture and there are no comments or saved favs, then that is a good indicator that the picture was not very good. As you develop your stream you will begin to pick up followers of your work. ..Be selective of the groups you post in and avoid the groups where mandatory trophies or comments are required as those are usually fools gold and mean nothing. When I leave comments on Flickr, it is because I truly liked the picture or a certain quality of the picture. With street photography it is all subjective anyway. No one can ever agree on what is good or bad
