Post-Processing Challenge 64

Thank you everyone for the feedback on my picture in Challenge 63 and thanks to Mike for hosting it! Here is my challenge for the week. It is a pic I shot back in 2010 around the time I got my K-x. This shot is of the Ben Franklin bridge in Philly. I shot this from the Comcast Building on the 30 something floor... Show me what you can do with this.... thanks!

I only have a JPEG to work with (Sorry all!). Contest will close at the end of March 2nd, 2012(GMT).

I decided to give this a bit of a vintage look, so I applied a sepia tone and cropped the image to give more of a focus to the bridge and the foreground buildings. All in all, I think it came out pretty good.

I've been mucking around with Lightroom abit lately so I thought I would give it a go!

I thought I would take advantage of the light leakage on the sides of this picture by trying to make it look like an older film lens took the picture.
Tempted to use some preset filters and go crazy but I didn't think the subject warranted it. I wanted to keep that 'working class district' feel.
So did I meet my objective?

Didn`t use any presets, all custom values.
