Hi there. Most of these photos are out of focus/blurry, sorry to say. Achieving good focus at longer focal lengths is not easy, and needs proper technique. Your shutter speeds are very slow, according to the exif data - 1/2 sec, 1/20 sec, etc. Unless you're using a tripod, it's nearly impossible to hold a 200mm lens still for those kind of shutter speeds. The normal rule of thumb for minimum shutter speed handheld is 1/focal length, or 1/200 in your case.
If you are shooting hand-held, you can do a couple things to get your shutter speeds up. You can increase ISO, at the risk of increased noise. You'll have to experiment to see what you can get away with. Your K3 should be capable of getting clean shots at higher ISOs. The other thing you can do is open up your aperture a bit. This may or may not work for you, depending on the depth of field you need. Opening the aperture to a lower number, like f/4, f/5.6, etc, will let you increase the shutter speed at the cost of DOF. Again, trial and error will be a great help. One other thing is proper stance and camera holding technique to help stabilize yourself when using a long lens.
If you haven't done so, I recommend reading the book Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson. It was a huge help to me when I was starting out. I hope I haven't been too harsh with my constructive criticism!
I'm hardly a pro shooting with longer lenses myself, as I tend to stick to FL's under 100mm or so. So keep at it, and let us know how you're doing!
