Can I ask what we're seeing here? It's an interesting image - but not enough information to really understand it.

If I interpret the image correctly, it's a view up at a very narrow, tall waterffall, but it's been turned upside down. The precipice over which the water is falling is at the bottom as the image as posted. Turn your laptop upside down and see whether that waterfall makes more sense.

Yes, it is Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, TN (it is in a cave). I think I posted the right side up version a while back. I thought I would turn it upside down just to watch people scratch their heads

When I was a kid, there used to be hundreds of barn roofs along major US highways in the middle of the country that were painted black, with bold white capital letters spelling out: SEE RUBY FALLS.

I remember those as well. Also more local to us in MO there were a lot of barn roofs with something like VISIT MERAMEC CAVERNS. A rather enterprising form of advertising IMO.

I remember those, too. Those, and the Burma Shave signs!
