Yes they are,
Conkles Hollow was named for W.J. Conkle who left his name and the date 1797 carved into the sandstone on the west wall of the gorge. The Hocking Hills region is partly in Hocking County, Ohio, and the Hocking River flows through it. Hocking was derived from the native American name of "Hokhokken". It's one of the most beautiful areas with lots of waterfalls and shallow caves.
Cedar Falls in Hocking Hills:
An unnamed falls near Cedar Falls
This dry cascade near the upper rim of Conkles Hollow was just starting to run when I was there in the rain.
This waterfall was in the bottom end of Conkles Hollow. I think most of the falls in the hollow only run during wet season and rain, there are lots of falls and cascades in this hollow, but mostly seasonal.
