Tannery Falls here in MessychewBits 1) the entire falls, 2) the lower sections, 3) the upper section. It is hard to capture the mood of this falls in a picture. It is accessed from a parking area along a dirt road up above the falls. You hike down a sometimes steep trail, suddenly the falls is there and you can walk around in front of it.

This is the Arroyo Conejo flowing thru the Hill Canyon area of Camarillo, Calif. This area is my new favorite local hiking spot and I was shocked to find this creek flowing thru the otherwise dry and barren landscape.

Alternative exposures of a drop along Chapel Brook Falls, and also one of the little pools.

Lovely capture. I remember doing the tarn shelf walk in that national park as a kid. Will have to get back there sometime (might have to wait a couple of years ). Thanks for sharing.

Edit: pretty sure I would have just had my Agfa Sillette which taught me a lot!

Thank you! I had an Agfa Isola when I was a teenager.

Lovely images Walt. I particularly loved the second.
Your next series, Chapel Brook Falls, was pretty special too.

Glad you like the images. In fact, I'm always glad when someone gets a moment of pleasure from something I post.

Captured this image while out for a walk.
I about deleted the image until I realized that the Red Green & Blue hues were created by the refraction or prism effect of the water spray with the sunlight
