Hello all! Thanks to Eddie for hosting Post-Processing Challenge 64 and and selecting my version as the winner. I am truly humbled and very happy, almost as if I won the lottery
So without further ado, here's what this week's challenge looks like:
I took this shot during luchtime somewhere around one of the lakes in the Schiphol Airport area. (Yes, the place where one of Europe's busiest airports is located, its runway and terminal buildings and everything else is actually some 4 meters below sea-level!)
I thought this was to be an interesting shot; some perspective, leading lines, DOF, interesting light-thingy etc. Guess what? It turned out to be rather bland and uninteresting. I will be looking at who is best able to give this image a little something else, be it science-fiction, B&W, 1930-ies or whatever else you come up with...
For any newcomers to the Challenge, the goal is to come up with the most compelling image you can, using all means at your disposal, so long as the final image is in fact based on this one. Contest closes at the end of
March11th(GMT+1). Winner gets to host the next challenge! Good luck, and enjoy.
