Depicting motion: Panning and motion blur

Is there a thread here that showcases movement blur in photos?

Subject or background blur?

I don't think there is any thread like that.

Photos like these do you mean?

No, does not have to be panning. Can have steady cam with things moving. Like my example with the dog. Just something that moves.

I'm just a fan of slow shutter speeds, so you get motion blur by default, here's a couple to illustrate what I mean.

The results can be quite surreal, but fun.
