baro-nite -- Thanks, I thought so, and was surprised it hadn't already been done. Your shot looks great, I like that one.

Haven't been able to do much, fought the flu for 2 weeks, just now getting out again and recuperating so I haven't been around much. I think I took about 6 pictures the past 2 weeks...for 6 or 8 days didn't even walk out the door...wake up, cough an hour or so, crawl back to bed...living on cough syrup and vitamin C is no fun...

Anyway I'm mostly all better now, starting to get out a bit more, but nothing to write home about in the photo department...yet...

Great shots showing up here, I've popped in and looked a couple of times and made no comments. I love the train and baby duck, both are just fabulous. Plenty other really good shots too, basically everything looks good...

todd - I didn't see your post when I posted, maybe I missed it...no idea...but I know how nice it is to get a shot that good first time out with a new lens. I've done that a couple of times. One of them my first shot ever with a "new" (to me) lens turned out to be the best shot of the whole day. Nice job for your first time out with that one. Looks like it does pretty well.

Thanks Pete! Yeah, I got quite a few shots that I was really happy with that day. I'm excited to have it with me on my vacation to Oregon that begins next week. I have a K5 on the way too, taking its time due to my "free shipping" mistake.. :-|

Here are a couple more from that park visit
