I just realized that this challenge had been revived. Here is my vintage take:

Not much luck cleaning up the sky... Struggled with the perspective distortion too. Good challenge!

alright the contest is now closed. thanks everyone who contributed! I will post the winner in a winners thread. Going to try and do this quickly here before I head off for a long day at the office where I don't have access to the site.. ;-)

Edit: Welp sorry but the competition is fierce and I have narrowed down but haven't figured it out yet and now I have to head off to work. I will announce the winner tonight.

Removed some stains
removed some flair
lenscorrection
Straigthened the tower. Its in the front, so I think it should be straight.
added a tad contrast
used a graduated filter upside down.
added a tad blue (Filter 80)
added a layer as overlay
Used high pass filter at 7,9 on the new layer
flatten layers.
saved as Tiff
converted to jpg quality 12
