This sighting will usually make me sad, as it is a "message" that drugs are available at this spot. I get to see and hear a lot about the devastation that this (drugs) brings to family's lives, including many in my own congregation. Currently there is a spike in shootings and violence in the community where I live and minister-all related to drugs. And it seems that it is not abating-worldwide. A real curse.

Let's see something Christmas related.

How about a bag of confetti, offered up by someone with imagination, but perhaps not great skill, as a Work of Art. I set this beside, for example, some of the great marble sculptures of antiquity, and it beggars the eternal question: "What is art?"
Let us see something in monochrome.

How about creating large bubbles at a local botanical gardens- to the delight of a lot of kids.

Lets see image that was taken on the first January of any year -anything that tickles your fancy.

Yup: no green confetti; red and blue, purple, pink and yellow, but no green - I did note that way to the far right, after all the dots.

Two trees from previous years. Two in Dupont's private study in the conservatory/greenhouses done up for Christmas last year, the second a scan-from-chrome taken maybe 20 years back of an outdoor tree (not ours).
I want to see something SPRINGTIME.
