I may have posted this a year or two back. I don't think my son is going to get very far.
Let's see a more adult non-motorized transport.

Hope you don't mind, but I'll make it a foursome-at a busy intersection, and performances happen in the 30 second cycle between traffic light changes. Energetic stuff it was too!

More busking

Traditional Christmas fare around here-Jam and Coconut tarts, that somehow always brings notes of nostalgia-remembering the slavery of mom at the oven, baking these for us-(all 11 of us) and us slavering in anticipation-nothing quite like a a warm-out-of-the-oven jam and coconut tart. OK, so I'm addicted to coconut too! No other option but to blame it on Mom .

Its early morning here, so an early morning shot will do

Enough? Surely you jest! It isn't possible to have enough calories in a dessert. You should have a slice of my rum cake after it's absorbed the requisite half pound of butter + cup of sugar + cup of dark rum (heated to blend, then injected) The basic cake also gets a half cup of rum before baking. When allowed to sit for at least 24 hours before serving, the sweet buttered rum is oozing out onto the cake plate. No one calls this dessert "light," and several who have tried it insist on a serving at any and all family gatherings.

Pardon me a wicked chuckle, and as Garfield observed: "diet" is just "die" with a "t" (and who wants to die with a "t?")

You should not read Garfield ! He is wicked-Especially when it comes to Lasagna and Odie. I bet he would change his tune if it was T as in T bone steak. I'll get you back with a Cathedral Window Cake one of these days.
