Not sure about the pretention... but for 1850 in Tasmania, it probably qualifies.
This was ultimately gifted to the Salvation Army who now use it as Tasmanian HQ.

It is a narrow gauge replica of Union Pacific’s 119, a venerable American type 4-4-0, that met at Promontory, Utah for the driving of the “Golden Spike” at the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad on May 10, 1869. To date Omaha’s Zoo No. 119 is the only 30 inch gauge true Steam Locomotive built by Crown. . . . "

sorry, got caught trying to cut and paste full info on the steam locomotive and then interrupted

how about movement

racing cars or motorcycles or horses

something along that line

showing a out of focus background indicating the speed of the "target"
