Not at all- that looks like a Post Mortem Set of instruments. The one running diagonally from the left bottom corner is an Obstetric Forceps, used for delivering babies, and I watched the gynecologist use one on my son at his birth, and it left some blue marks across his head. The ladle is used when draining blood, and the instrument with the ladle is an eye instrument for the eye duct- the name is lost on me at the moment. The round blade saw is used for cutting bones, or rings off fingers. The box on the right looks like dental instruments. I may be wrong but I think the odd shaped forceps is a cranial retractor. I should know these things, I sold many of them for well over 30 years when I managed a Medical and Surgical Instrument company. I'll add another EEK! There were other much more horrible instruments that often made me shudder.
