This fairy-tale palace in more-or-less Indian Mogul style is iconic as well, but not nearly as familiar as the two buildings above, at least in the USA.

Blocks of new apartments under construction. Why make them smaller on the upper floors? Is there anything practical or structurally required by the design? I think not. It's purely a matter of appearances.

This spire is made from the spiraling, intertwined tails of several dog-headed dragons whose undersized bodies - compared to their tails - go almost unnoticed at the base.
