"Namibia has the lowest population density of any country on Earth."
HI Walter, that is an interesting statistic. Just wondering where Australia falls on that list...
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/maps-and-graphics/The-worlds-least-densely-populated-countries/
So I looked it up. 7th according to this list. Not sure about accuracy however as it refers to Greenland as the World's biggest island and that honour is held by Australia.

It's always been a question, since I was learning geography in grammar school, what is the maximum size for an island before it should be considered a continent, or demi-continent, with Australia as the place in question. It depends on your perspective, I grew up on Long Island, near NYC, and from my viewpoint it was the whole world, and at first it was obviously flat, except the hills along the north shore where we went to visit a park to feed the ducks.

Not all roads lead to Rome, but the one at left certainly does.

Almost empty street in Namibia. After Mongolia, Namibia has the lowest population density of any country on Earth. It's very pleasant.
Most of Swakopmund's streets are empty quite a lot of the time. The Namibian definition of "heavy traffic" is different from most other places.

It was oppressively hot when we were there. On the day we went walking through the main area of ruins, we moved from pillar shadow to arch shadow.

Namibian definition of "heavy traffic" = car with two passengers instead of only one.

Looks as though you had some light fluffy snow and wind to push it around.
