I honestly do not get it. Public roads are not anyone's playground. Not only the idiot can get hurt, but also he can hurt someone else with his stupidity.

Looks like an improvement to me. Nice image, I like the vivid colours and perspective.

Glad you enjoyed the image. I try to visualize the street without chairs but instead with carts and donkeys and perhaps some people of horseback. It must have been very different a century back, much less when the street was first established - who knows when?
