Heck, they are bigger than I thought.

At dusk here, it's not unusual to see thousands of bats (called flying foxes down here) flying overhead. They are fairly big - up to 1 metre wingspan.

From my "Into the Fog" collection...a couple of recent shots of the local road I drive all the time. This guy is turning onto the road I live on



Same road in the other direction. There's a creek bridge down there...
