hey p38arover - finally saw your comment just today (a couple months late!). Those bat houses are larger than they appear in the photo. They are probably 24" to 30" tall. You have some big bats down there?

Heck, they are bigger than I thought.

At dusk here, it's not unusual to see thousands of bats (called flying foxes down here) flying overhead. They are fairly big - up to 1 metre wingspan.

That photo is outstanding, but the way you composed it you could have shot it with a disposable camera and it would be interesting. Great Job!

From my "Into the Fog" collection...a couple of recent shots of the local road I drive all the time. This guy is turning onto the road I live on

Same road in the other direction. There's a creek bridge down there...
