Another road in Iceland. I was interested in the fog creeping over the mountains in the distance

In the Paradise Valley US 89 runs between Livingston and Gardiner, MT, to the North Entrance to Yellowstone NP.

US 89 Northbound toward Livingston.

US 89 Southbound toward Gardiner.

Another Icelandic road, up high in the snow fields. I posted a similar image some time back, calling it "highway to heaven."

One of the reasons I like driving is the changing scenery. It's a bonus to find a good or great view. A view like #2 is a "Wow!" view.

Took a stroll down this private road this morning. Serves several private homes, then a town conservation garage where it turns to gravel and continues to the main water-pumping station. Walkers/bicycles OK, but no unauthorized motor vehicles allowed. K1 + 28~105mm

At WPRESTO's suggestion I worked on this image but for the life of me I just can't successfully clone out the wires without it looking obvious.

If you have PS, use the clone tool, fairly small diameter, select a region just above or below the wire, move down the wire with the source for the clone tagging along just above or below. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE WIRE IN ONE GO, clone it out in sections, enlarge the image somewhat before cloning. LR, use either "heal" or "CLONE" and the repair tool, made small, again do each wire in short sections, move the source if the heal/clone tool selects something not suitable.

I've had that experience. Someone advises: "Oh just do such or other in PS and it will look great." They took a year to figure it out and can do it perfectly. I try and feel like I'm attempting to copy a Rembrandt using finger paints.
