Thanks. This is the Wayah Road, west from Franklin NC up to Wayah Gap. From the gap one can drive a forest service road on up to Wayah Bald, or pick up the Appalachian Trail.

This image is pretty far removed from the preceding pictures on this page. The road at left is easy to spot,. The more interesting road is at the bottom of the canyon to the right.
