Interstate 40, about halfway between Little Rock and Memphis.
Pay attention, give plenty of room around you, and don't be fiddling with a Stoopit Phon while you drive.
Same wreck on I40.
Everyone was stopping for the wreck where the new trucks tried to load themselves in the back of another truck.
And bam!
The driver of the Tahoe plowed into a bunch of bikes.
Killed one.
All because he was in too much of a hurry to follow some simple rules about driving.
Drive at a speed that the conditions demand.
Give plenty of room for yourself, and for all the morons on the road.
Eyes on the road. All the time. Watch traffic and be ready when things get crazy.
I drove nearly 800,000 miles in 5 years in a big truck. I saw a lot of roads like this, and fortunately was never caught up in the carnage.
And I saw some weather.
This was on US 212, on the Crow Indian Reservation.
