Yup, even when the Sami did/do have teepee-like structures, it's probably art. Meant to mean something. We have lots of these roundabouts over here and quite a few of them are filled with 'art'

St Mary's Street, Monmouth. St Mary's church is about 100 yards further up. If you look in the opposite direction from that spot you see what is in my picture in the "Show me a sign [etc]" thread, which you have already discovered
