A major flood on this stream January last year hastened the undermining of trees along all the cut banks, and in some places, as here, exposed their roots.

I posted this picture in the Flare thread, because of the bit of star flare from the low morning sun, but the more I look at it, the more I like the overall depiction of the trees.

Jeannie doesn't chase cars, but we prefer the trails in the woods and parks as well.

Baobab tree in Florida. Pretty sure this is a transplanted specimen and not a reproduction or artist creation.
Just made a truth & fact check. this is a fake tree, apparently an actual baobab of this size would have been essentially impossible to transplant.
