I don't entirely agree. What makes the image for me is the prominence of the swollen bases of the fronds, something that goes unnoticed in most images of a palm tree canopy.

Sometimes the light is just right, and yesterday after work was one of those times. So I went out and took some pictures of the fall colours from near my house.

K1 and SMC A 50 F1.7
