Strangely Dressed People

Hello All,
Here's one for the 'double take' folks you might encounter anywhere. Sort of "Where did they get that outfit?" or "What are they dressed for?". We've all seen someone who looks...oddly dressed, I'm sure. Now you have a reason to take a photo.
Aside from actual onstage or live acting performances, pretty much anything goes. Offstage, ethnic costumes, period or re-creation dress (offstage), promotions, street performers (not performing), 'theme' conventions, advertising costumes, social rallies, anything that requires clothes that are not 'normal' street wear.
All photos will be within the rules and guidelines of PentaxForum.com, please.
Now I understand that a world-wide forum will have varied ideas about what's 'odd' and what's normal. For example, in most places a man wearing a horse's head costume and wearing a football uniform, would look pretty bizarre. Here in Denver, it's business as usual.
Have fun! I'll start it off with a few from my street collection...
Ron

I like the ones posted so far but I really hope this doesn't slide into a 'Walmart People' thread!

Every year, Portland hosts the adult soap box derby and though there are some who take the race very seriously, there are way more who just want to have some fun...

When I saw the thread earlier this morning, I was tempted to say that not all of us have access to a Walmart!

Lucky You!

Although I must say that here in Canada we seem to be 'out of stock' when it comes to the unusual (and scary) Walmartians found further south.

Now We're Rolling!

Thanks to everyone for contributing comments and especially photos so far. I agree that it hopefully won't degenerate into a Walmart family album, there's a big difference between people who dress oddly for an occasion and those who just don't know any better!
I'm going to keep my eye out for more oddball costumes and clothes. There are a few fairs and festivals upcoming, should be good hunting there!

Why are Imperial Stormtroopers at the hot air balloon races in Reno, Nevada?

They're ground crew for the 'Darth Vader' hot air balloon. (Yeah, it's pretty darned cool!)

Are dinosaurs the best role models for promoting and keeping traditional photo services alive? He/she looks a bit furtive...but there again, what strangely dress person could be used instead? Maybe a giant walking lens, 15mm f1.2?

Giving this thread a bump to add this photo. Don't think I've posted it elsewhere before. The person in question is a regular as far as the city's street performers go:
