I don't feel quite so alone taking photos of rocks now!
A selection from Inchnadamph area, in north west Scotland. This is one of the few bits of Scotland that has soft enough rock for caves, and also above ground it is a collection of valishing and reappearing streams, which don't always come out well on photos, but here are a few:
Looking up in late April.
Sinkhole - the river ends here, and goes underground. The orange and white marker was from a mountain navigation race I was photographing.
Above, and below the same point; dried up stream bed below, the real stream disappearing.
Lots more to be taken around this area, will get some more in the future!
