This thread has been quiet for a while. How about one of my cat Zany. Shot on Kodachrome 64 with a ME Super and a SMC Pentax 50mm f/2 lens in 1982. The cheese plant lives on although it has been cut into multiple plants several times.

Nice shot! Are the scratches on the film or the wall? I must see if my film scanner still works!

On the film I think. I scanned this a while back. Shame I missed the focus in 1982...

Not a great scan - I think it's a digital photo or flatbed scan of a 6x4 print. This was the highest point my brother and I walked to in the USA in 1982. Holly Lake in the Grand Tetons.

The rollout of the Boeing 767 N767BA, August 4, 1981, at the Boeing Everett factory in Everett, Washington.

Shot on Kodachrome, with a Ricoh XR2S, with a Vivitar 90-230mm zoom lens.

Copied with a Pentax K5IIs, and A50mm f1.7 lens with a Pentax Auto Bellows M and Slide Copier For Auto Bellows M.

Today the commercial airliner version is no longer in production. Only freighters and the KC-46A tanker roll out, and they comeout a door in the back of the factory, as the assembly line for the 767 has been configured to move that direction.

What a great piece of history in photos! Qantas still operate one 767F, which I've photographed in Sydney. I'm not sure if I ever flew on one of the Qantas 767 passenger aircraft. The current equivalent for Qantas is the Airbus A330, which is probably why the RAAF chose the A330 MRTT.

Yep, I gathered as much from your post. The Qantas Aircraft is 14 years old, delivered initially to ANA then Express Freighters, so looks like Qantas lease it. They have a number of other aircraft including two Atlas Air 747-8F which I must photograph if I see them again in Sydney. I didn't know that any 747-8 aircraft were operating here.

Lovely old photo. You can easily clean it up with a little post processing.

Yes, there are a few that don't exist anymore, like Western Airlines.

Yea, but that would be like removing the patina on an old piece of furniture.
