Game Single in November 2013

Flowers for Bruce ..... Wonderful spirit of generosity in the group. The cost is covered friends but at the risk of pre-empting Adam - contributing from all over the world is impractical for all sorts of reasons in the circumstances. Instead, individuals might like to consider donating something to a cancer charity in their own area. Or, if “Movember” is currently being run in your town, perhaps sponsorship of someone you know, on Bruce’s behalf, might be fitting.

Bloody flowers for Bruce....one of the best old chinas I've never met.

I'm in boots'n'all cobbers. So...November 11 is it? I'm not officially in this challenge month.....but the day is bloody spot on!

By way of light relief, for those who are interested, I animated my K-3 tracking focus test series. FA43 of course.

I don't normally check this thread each day. Shocked and saddened to hear the news about Bruce. One of the Aussie contingent of stalwarts in the Single in... Challenges. The flower idea is, as Paddy (good to see you're back up BTW) would say "a bloody ripper." I don't know if this is too morbid a thought, but should we wait til the 11th? I know it's a fitting day from another standpoint, but if Bruce doesn't have much time, as Rod has stated, I'd rather he see the shots sooner. So, I'm going to do several days of whatever flowers I can find, though since it's almost winter here, there aren't too many left other than cut or silk.

Absolutely happy with this. Ok, Flowers for Bruce day on November 11th. If the member who puts up the 11th thread can put that in the first post that would be helpful. So shoot those flowers away and post away. Flowers for Bruce!

Edit: not to complicate this effort, but I suggest that for images on the 11th while I would hope all of us can find flowers on the 11th to shoot within the confines of the Single in Challenge, it may be that we can't. So, I suggest that on the 11th do your best but if you can't find suitable subjects, use of images from you portfolio should be very acceptable. Ok?
